1) If a product has a quality or performance issue within the indicated warranty period, free repair service is available with valid proof of purchase.
2) This service covers the main product body only. Packaging, cables, manuals, and other accessories are not included and should be checked on delivery.
3) Please complete warranty information and back up your data before repair. Data backup is not provided by our after-sales service.
4) We are not responsible for commitments made by resellers beyond this warranty policy.

The following situations are not covered by warranty: inability to present valid warranty or purchase proof; damage caused by improper use; unauthorized disassembly or repair; altered or damaged serial labels; damage caused by incorrect voltage, heat, liquid, impact, oxidation or force majeure; damage during transportation; changing built-in settings or virus damage.
This certificate is only proof for product warranty and has no other legal effect. VEITT products sold in mainland China are limited to after-sales service within mainland China only.
